Collaboration and surroundings...

If you, like me, think that collaborating and sharing is very important you are in the right blog. Let's start from the beginning, collaboration: For me it is essential, in fact to date I collaborate with many good colleagues both in Italy and Switzerland, where we pass on events so we can cover and support each other. To be part of this network there are 2 fundamental points where you cannot pass over, professionalism and fairness.

Sharing on the other hand is essential to grow, sharing one's experiences whether they are positive or negative or asking for advice or support from other colleagues is the best choice one can make in order to grow the best. Humility and simplicity are essential qualities.
